Technical Parameters

Heating to 1530℃ in 20min at the fastest, the whole crystallization process takes 40min to 1h.

● Ready to use, no need to preheat in advance.

● You can set the pre-drying time by yourself to dry the denture thoroughly.

● 90mm ultra-large diameter tray, full-mouth zirconia crystallization without pressure.

● Up to 80 restorations can be sintered (90mm tray × 2).

● Maximum heating rate of 200℃/min, to achieve rapid crystallization of zirconia blanks.

● The maximum temperature can be set to 1550℃, suitable for all zirconia.

● Closed furnace design, with maximum safety (chairside).

● Variable load design, sintering furnace automatically adjusts power (energy saving).
